Musaned is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. It is an integrated e-platform for the recruitment of domestic workers. It aims to facilitate the recruitment process and protect the rights of all parties by informing both employers and workers of their rights and duties.

Start the journey
of recruitment with Musaned
Musaned allows employers to send recruitment preferences (age, religion, work experience) to a chosen recruitment agency. In response, agencies provide up to five resumes to choose from. Once selected, employers can proceed to pay and sign an e-contract with the agency. This contract differs from the one signed between the employer and the domestic worker, usually done in the country of origin before arrival.
